Full score is a copy of MS’s manuscript. It dates: «Cambridge, Mass, December 1984». In its introductional note, dating from «Boston, Mass., May 1986», the author writes: «This is a temporary score of Contrasti. It contains ONLY the final piano version which was revised twice, during the Summer of 1985 and in May 1986». Production of the electronic part: Centro di Sonologia Computazionale, University of Padua.

A tape with the synthesized sounds, «useful for study and analysis, but not for performance», is attached to the full score. The concert tape is on hire by Ricordi. 1988-89 revision concerns only the tape part, which is 4’ ca. longer than the original version. 200x? revision reduced the 1988-89 tape revision by one minute ca.
